We do not collect payment card information, bank account details, or any financial account information. All payments are made directly between users outside the Platform.

We send a verification email to that address and the account is not activated until the parent or guardian confirms their consent. We retain the parent or guardian contact details on record for the duration of the account.
What parents can request: A parent or guardian of a user aged under 18 may contact us at hello@sneet.com.au to request access to the personal information we hold about their child, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of their child's account and associated personal information, or withdraw consent for their child's continued participation.

Not visible to other users: full surname, email address, date of birth, parent or guardian details, messages (visible only to the parties in that conversation), and log data. Users should exercise care about what personal information they share in messages or listings. We recommend not sharing full addresses, personal phone numbers, or financial information through the Platform.
